Our Team

Holly is our Chief Compliance Officer and Director of HR. She has over 20 years of experience in project management and 5 years of industry experience. Holly leads Leverty Financial Group's compliance efforts, prioritizing regulatory adherence to maintain the firm’s high standards for ethical responsibility and handles all internal human resources priorities. Her organizational skills and high attention to detail make her an asset to the team across the board. Holly graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a degree in Sociology. She lives in River Falls and enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, their two daughters, Ally and Olivia, and their dog Maverick.
